Principal Says,

The aim of the college is to impart quality higher education to girls and make them self-reliant, good and useful citizens and to train them with the background of our culture so that they may acquire faith in God and the tradition of our motherland.

The college offers twelve subjects at the Under Graduate level namely Tamil, English, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications and Commerce with Computer Applications and five subjects at the Post Graduate level Tamil, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science and Commerce and four Certificate Courses namely Vermi-culture Technology, Business Communication, Yoga and Food Chemistry & Technology. The college has 92 eminent, efficient, enthusiastic and devoted members of faculty to carry on the unique tradition and service of the college. The students are drawn from various strata of society. Our college has a well-furnished library with latest publications and valuable books.

Our college produces a great number of rank holders every year. We have secured first place in the intercollegiate Athlete in this year 2009.

Our college is almost a microcosm of India where they learn about various cultures and learn to respect them and acclimatize themselves to meet the challenges in the various spheres of life.
