RESERVATION RULES FOR U.G. COURSES

31% For Open Competition

20% for most backyard classes and denotified communities (MBC/DNC)

30% for backward classes (BC) within this 3.5% for Muslims and 3.5% for Christians

18% for scheduled caste (SC) and

1% for scheduled tribes (ST)

NOTE :

3% is reserved for the physically handicapped candidates.

4 Seats are reserved for the children of Ex_service man of Tamilnadu origin.

3% is reserved for outstanding sports students.
